Track workout. 4,4,4,8. Two sets with a 1:1 rest break. I ran 71, 72, 74, then 2:33. Second set I tried to push a little harder to stay under 75. It went 72, 73, 74, then 2:24 on the 800. 800 meter cool down. Stretching and ab workout afterwards.
We were in charge of running the junior high track meet so we didn't run today. Mckenna ran a 5:42 mile and won the girls closed mile. Ran 2:39 in the 800. Good day for her with 2 PR's.
